Dolly Ohanyere is a seasoned Self-Mastery and Performance Coach known for her transformational approach to personal and professional development. As the Lead Coach and Trainer at Thrive360, she provides the leadership and vision necessary for establishing operational controls and frameworks that ensure high-impact coaching and training programs for individuals, professionals, and organizations.

Dolly is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) and holds multiple certifications, including Master Results Coach, Advanced Neurological Repatterning, Platform, Presentation and Communication Skills, and Emotional Intelligence. With over 15 years of experience across sectors such as Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Media, Agribusiness, and Banking, her expertise spans Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Management, and more.

Specializing in Human Capital Management, Dolly focuses on Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management. She has successfully led initiatives in multinational and national companies, demonstrating her ability to guide organizations through growth and change.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Dolly is the visionary founder of “The Healthy Marriage Hub,” a Counseling and Coaching initiative that empowers individuals and couples with the principles and skills necessary to build healthy relationships and realize their full potential, transforming them into impactful contributors to society.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Imo State University, a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, United Kingdom. Dolly is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (ACIPD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).
